Our website provides you with different ways to contact us. All communications are handled, reviewed and responded to by our team.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Video footage will be retained for a minimum of 31 days and will only be accessed by the management partner of the site, door security, members of the staff team, and local enforcement officers. Video copies of specific incidents will, subject to proper requests, be made available to local law enforcement officers and/or legal representatives where the footage is part of an official investigation or case.
